Are the products on your The Blue Space covered by warranties?
Absolutely. We only sell branded products from Australian companies who stand by the quality and engineering of their designs.
All our products are covered by the manufacturers warranties as detailed on each product. If you have an after sales product issue please contact us.
How do I return a product?
We do accept returns, but please note a few conditions below
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Please inspect goods as they arrive at your house and if they visually look damaged please let the driver know.
If you notice damage to the goods within 24 hours of receiving the delivery please contact us. We will need to see the damage, but our team will work with you to Facetime, Skype or get photos emailed across.
Goods found to be faulty after installation will usually be handled by the product supplier or manufacturer who provides after sales service to goods properly installed by a plumber. You can usually find the manufacturers details on the product warranty cards or their website or please Contact our team and we will help you get this sorted.
Changing your mind or made a mistake?
These things do happen; we will make the best effort to facilitate a replacement product or refund.
We will organise your goods to be collected or speak to our staff about dropping them off at a location near you.
If your goods are still boxed and not open, you may return them within 14 days for a full refund. A return fee of $60 or the amount of delivery if greater than this will apply.
If your goods have been un-boxed, but not installed, used or damaged, you can return them within 14 days but we will need to charge a restocking fee of 20% of your purchase price. A return fee of $60 or the amount of delivery if greater than this will also still apply. We understand this can be inconvenient, but this is a fee associated with re-boxing and re-stocking this item with our suppliers.
Goods that cannot be returned
Shower Screens: Once a check measure has been performed as these are built to measure.
Vanity Units: Are custom made to order, so once the specifications have been confirmed these cannot be returned or refunded.
Customised or Speciality Manufactured Products: You will be notified before you purchase these products
General Returning Conditions
While the goods are in your possession they are your responsibility, if the goods are damaged we will need to charge you for repair of the product, or in most cases we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
We are not able to accept returns of any kind once your have attempted to install or use them.
All refunds and returns need to be inspected by a member of our team before a new product is sent or a refund is made. Unfortunately this may take some time but we will endeavour to sort it as quickly as humanly possible.

I am having issues with my installed product.
All the products we sell at The Blue Space are backed by the warranties and after sales support from the best brands in Australia. If they were installed correctly by the correctly licenced tradesperson then product faults will be dealt with swiftly.
