Dorf taps, Outlets and Mixers are covered by a 20 year warranty and 1 Year warranty on labour, finishes, pull down/out hoses, spray heads, ceramic disc spindles.

Warranty:

Taps/Outlets/Mixers: 20 years, Body & Tapware Engine*

Ceramic Disc Spindles: 1 year, 3 piece tapware only

Copper Jumper Valves: 1 year, 3 piece tapware only

Plastic Jumper Valves: 3 months, 3 piece tapware only

Finishes: 1 year

Pull down/out hoses: 1 year

Spray heads: 1 year

Spare parts: 1 year (replacement only)

*Tapware engine includes ceramic disc mixer cartridge, aerator, ultra flex pex hose.

Dorf products are manufactured to the highest standard and in addition to the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, they offer extended warranty periods from the date of purchase or handover that their products are free from all defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their website, for additional peace of mind.
