Inspired by the Icelandic language, "Baö" translates to "Bath," reflecting our commitment to providing an exceptional bathing experience.
Baö bath offers a 10 year product warranty with 12 months parts and labour warranty on their baths.
This means that for a period of 10 years the bath is warranted against any failures in materials or manufacturing and for the first 12 months we will provide both parts and labour to repair any failures (sending out a service plumber to repair/replace at our cost).
Baö products are covered by a maximum 15 Year Warranty as outlined below for residential installations
Baths - 10 Year replacement product, 1 Year Labour
Toilet Suites, Cisterns & Pans - 15 Years replacement product, 2 Year replacement product or parts - valves, 1 Year replacement product or parts - toilet seats, 1 Year labour
Basins - 5 Years replacement product
Vanities, Cabinets & Mirrors - 2 Year replacement product or parts, 1 Year labour
Commercial Warranty is 1 Year replacement product or parts only for all products.
Baö bath products are manufactured to the highest standard and in addition to the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, they offer extended warranty periods from the date of purchase or handover that their products are free from all defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their website, for additional peace of mind.
