How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on where you are located, and what you have purchased. However, if you are in a metro area, the standard delivery time frame is 5-7 business days from the time of purchase. If you are in a regional area, delivery can take 7-10 business days from time of purchase.

If you have purchased a custom made product (cabinetry and spa baths), delivery times can vary. Please refer to the individual product pages for the time frame estimate.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item in my order?

If you notice any damage to your goods please notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Please inspect goods as they arrive at your house and if they visually look damaged please let the driver know.

If you notice damage to the goods within 24 hours of receiving the delivery please contact us. Our team will work with you to get photos emailed to inspect the damage. As goods may be stored on building sites or moved around by your trades we cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.

It is very important that your trades inspect goods before installation. Goods that are damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of The Blue Space or our suppliers.

Goods found to be faulty as a result of manufacturing defects are covered by the product warranties and will usually be handled by the product supplier or manufacturer who provides after sales service support to goods properly installed by a plumber. You can usually find the manufacturers details on the product warranty cards or their website or please Contact our team and we will help you get this sorted.

How do I know which toilet to purchase?

We always recommend checking with your plumber what toilet will suit your space best.

What is the difference between an acrylic and metal bath?

Acrylic: These baths are most durable, and retain heat better. Acrylic is also non-porous, which means it's easier to clean as mould and bacteria cannot grow on its surface. It's also easy to polish out any scratches!

Steel: A highly durable bath. Scratch and impact resistant. Steel baths are also just as good at preventing bacteria or mould growth. These baths are also chemical-resistant and will avoid discolouration. Steel is also 100% recyclable and more environmentally friendly.

Solid Surface: Engineered composited have a gel coat surface finish which makes them resistant to bacteria and staining.

How should I clean my tapware?

Each brand has their own set of care instructions. The care instructions are available on the product page.

Can I see samples of your cabinet finishes?

Of course! We highly recommend seeing samples of the cabinets before you purchase, so you can be 100% certain with your choice. Images online can always be slightly different from the real-life thing, so it is always best to request for a sample.

Do you have a showroom?

Our website is our showroom! We are an online based company, so everything we do is online.

We do have a concept space in our office in Castle Hill, Sydney. If you would like to come by to have a look at some of the products we have on display, or if you wanted to chat to one of our consultants just book in a time to come in, and we can definitely arrange for this.

How do I know which tap to buy?

Sink mixers are for the kitchen and laundry, always swivels unless specifies that it is fixed.
Vessel Taps / Tower Basin mixers are for the bathroom. They are taller than regular basin mixers to reach further. These are often used for above counter basins.
Hob mixers are for the bathroom. These can be installed on the hob next to the bath with a spout or off the wall.
Wall top taps are for the bathroom, kitchen or laundry. They can be paired with a sink or basin outlet, or a showerhead.

I can't see a vanity that will fit my space. Can you build a custom one to my specifications?

Definitely! We have a wide range of vanities online. Choose one that you love the most, and if there is a specific size you want for that vanity, shoot us an email, or chat with us online, and we can provide you with a custom quote.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We understand sometimes things don't got to plan, so we give up to 30 days to exchange or return boxed items!

What is your process for returns?

If you have decided to return a product, simply contact our friendly customer service team! Our team will need photos of the product, as well as the packaging as we are only able to accept returns on products in original condition. We will then arrange for an insured courier to come and collect your product so you don't need to worry about any transit damage on the way back to our warehouse (fees apply).

When can I expect my refund?

Once your product has arrived to our warehouse, our team will inspect the goods, and your return will be processed for refund! Funds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account once the refund has been processed.

Delivery times can vary depending on where you are located, and what you have purchased, so please refer to the delivery calculator on product pages, cart and checkout. Here is an easy guide:

Instant Ship - Dispatches within 1 - 2 days from our Sydney Distribution Centre

Regular Ship - Arrives usually within 5 - 7 business days to metro areas

Custom Ship - Made to order products and lead times vary from a couple weeks to months.

Can I pick up my order?

You sure can! Just reach out to our team first, and we will assist you from there.

Pick ups are available from 8.30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday from our Distribution Centre in Bella Vista. We do require 2 hours notice to let our Distribution Centre prepare your order for pick up.

Can I get my product shipped sooner?

Please contact our team directly if you require faster shipping for any products.

In the meantime, if you require an item quickly, take a look at our 'Instant Ship' products by using the filters! Our 'Instant Ship' products can be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 days.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We keep most of the items on our website in stock (Instant Ship items) or have daily stock deliveries from our suppliers (Regular Ship). Unfortunately we do have occasional supplier stock outages on Regular Ship products. If something has gone out of stock, we will let you know the same or next business day of you placing your order and find you an alternative product if you require.

The technical drawing of each product can be found on the individual product page. You can locate this underneath the main image. If you can't find the exact measurement you are after, reach out to our team and we can find out for you.

Do you sell shower screens and tiles?

No, we do not sell these shower screens or tiles. We recommend going to your local suppliers for both of these things!

VANITY & CABINETRY QUESTIONS

Can I see samples of your cabinet finishes?

Of course! We highly recommend seeing samples of the cabinets before you purchase, so you can be 100% certain with your choice. Images online can always be slightly different from the real-life thing, so it is always best to request for a sample.

I can't see a vanity that will fit my space. Can you build a custom one to my specifications?

Definitely! We have a wide range of vanities online. Choose one that you love the most, and if there is a specific size you want for that vanity, shoot us an email, or chat with us online, and we can provide you with a custom quote.

Are the vanity accessories already installed, or do we have to install them?

The supplier will install most accessories for you unless you request otherwise!

For in-drawer power points, the supplier will install this into the drawer, but will need to be hardwired by a licensed electrician.

Shaving cabinet power points will only be supplied. The electrical elements will need to be hardwired and installed by a licensed electrician.

I want to source my own top. Can I buy the cabinet only?

Absolutely! Simply choose any vanity that you love from our vanity rage, and once you choose one, reach out to our team and we can get a quote for the cabinets only for you.

Can you recess a shaving cabinet into the wall? How deep can you recess it back?

Yes, you can recess a shaving cabinet! These can also be fully recessed into the wall. If you do wish to recess a shaving cabinet, please let our team know so we can request this on your order.

We always recommend checking with your builder first if this is something that can be done in your space.
