Sussex taps are handcrafted in the heart of Melbourne and all colour finishes are custom made to order. All products are checked before they leave the Melbourne workshop to ensure the highest standards.

Mixers & Tapware

15 Years replacement product or parts. Cartridge/ceramic disc spindle replacement excludes damages to ceramic discs from pieces of copper tube, plastic, sand, dirt or thread tape etc. Jumper valves 1 year parts only.

2 Years on-site labour.

2 Years on Finishes, please note Living finishes are warranted up until installation only.

Showers

15 Years replecement product or parts, 3 years for rail showers.

2 Years on-site labour, excludes shower heads.

Accessories

Sussex Taps warranty covers the repair or, at Sussex's descretion, the replacement of any products which are defective through faulty workmanship or materials.

Should any warranty claim be made and service attended to by a Sussex Taps authorized Service Agent whereby the installation has been assessed as an installation fault and not a product fault, or from some other cause other than a manufacturing defect, Sussex Taps reserves the right to charge a service fee for attending and/or any work carried out.
