What you'll need;
1-2 People
A quality Tape Measure (metal is best)
A step ladder to reach the top of the window.
A pen and some paper.
How to measure for recessed blinds
Measure the inset of your window. You will need to measure the total width and height of your window in three places - the bottom, middle and top. Then, measure the depth of the windowsill itself.
How to measure for face fit blinds
Measure the total width and height of your window including the architrave. You will need to measure in three places - the bottom, middle and top.
Note: When measuring for romans and blinds, we recommend allowing an additional 50mm outside of your architrave to maximise the amount of light your window lets in when your blinds are open.
