Neale’s plan focused on light, flow, and warmth. “You’ve got all the space here. It’s just badly used,” he said, proposing to open the kitchen and living area into a light-filled entertainer’s hub while reconfiguring the bathrooms into calm, contemporary retreats.

The result? A once-cramped terrace transformed into a cohesive urban sanctuary, practical, tactile, and effortlessly stylish.

Soft curves and fluted textures set the tone for the bathrooms, and Ingrain’s Curved Fluted Wall Hung Vanities became sculptural centrepieces. The warm ash finish of Ingrain’s Pill and Horizontal Shaving Cabinets added depth and natural contrast against sleek white benchtops.

To complement the cabinetry, Bao’s Matte White basins brought a refined simplicity, while the Elegant Rimless Back-to-Wall Toilets continued the home’s modern, minimal aesthetic. “Wow, this is beautiful… it feels so much bigger,” said Linda, stepping into her new ensuite.

“You’ve brought the old house slap-bang into the present,” Neale added.

The standout feature? The Ingrain vanities. Upstairs, the Ingrain Double Fluted Vanity was an instant showstopper, its curved detailing and warm ash finish brought grounded luxury to the home’s relaxed style. “There’s my double vanity!” Linda exclaimed.
