  • The competitor’s price must be current on the day of request.
  • The product must be identical in every way.
  • The product must be in stock with the competitor.
  • The item must be brand new condition, not carton damaged, factory second or refurbished stock. All our stock is brand spanking new, covered by amazing warranties!
  • The price must not be on a trade, commercial or project quote.
  • Our competitor must be an Australian retailer and be an authorised dealer of the brand being sold. Yes there are some shonky dealers out there!
  • Sorry we don’t match eBay, Gumtree, Kogan and Kogan related Marketplaces (Dick Smith, Matt Blatt), MyDeal, Catch Marketplace or other marketplace sites as the condition of the goods and the actual supplier of the product and stock levels cannot be verified.
  • We take the added cost of delivery into account and the type of delivery our competitors are offering. All our products are automatically covered by our insurance, if it breaks on the way we will replace it. See our returns and exchanges policy.
  • The price must not be conditional or included in one of the below:
    • Financing or payment restrictions.
    • Installation or additional service plans.
    • Stock clearances or end of line promotions.
    • Liquidations or company closure clearances.
  • Purchasing other products in conjunction with the item e.g. a package quote. Why not send us the whole quote to match?
  • We reserve the right to not match price errors or mistakes.
  • We will also not price match the competitor:
    • If their price is below our cost price
    • The product is a demonstration model, second hand or refurbished
    • An in-store offer only
  • When a Price Match is agreed, no further discounts or promotional offers, such as Bonus Gift Cards or Gift with Purchase, will be given
