Standard Delivery Service
All orders are priced to include our Standard Delivery Service; this includes all small items delivered from our Sydney Warehouse, large and bulky items delivered by our specialised freight team from your local warehouse.
We currently have warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
Transit insurance is included on all deliveries, but transit damage must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery.
You may receive multiple shipments. Tapware, and small items will be shipped from our Sydney Warehouse. Large and fragile items, will be distributed from your local warehouse by our specialised delivery team to ensure a seamless delivery.

At The Blue Space, we're proactive about delivery delays. With a Sydney warehouse brimming with stock and our dedicated delivery team, we dispatch thousands of products within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) from our In Stock range.
For items not in our stock, we depend on our supply partners to hold stock and dispatch within 48 hours. However, in recent times, even well-managed supply chains face shipping delays and stock shortages. Since most renovation products in Australia partly depend on overseas supplies, we advise placing your orders promptly to avoid renovation project delays.
Our team is ready to assist with alternative product options if needed. Our delivery, including our truck fleet, faces no delays once stock is available. For special delivery needs, contact us – we're here to help!

Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level houses only with flat drive ways. For apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products.
Please consider any access difficulties at your home and plan ahead with trades or builders to help with heavy goods.

We stock a wide range of the most popular products in our Sydney distribution centre. If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount or the stock is sold prior to you ordering, don't worry - we have daily deliveries from all of our suppliers and will order your product with our supply partner and have it to you as soon as possible. **If your order is partially an In Stock order and partially stocked with our supplier or made to order, your order will ship at the longest period. If you would like your In Stock products sent first, please contact our customer service team. Please note, additional freight charges will apply for split shipment. Some baths, spas, flooring, tiles, toilets, cabinetry & vanities are excluded from our free shipping offers as their size, weight and cost incur additional delivery and insurance charges. Please use the delivery calculator on the individual product page for accurate costs. To save on delivery fees you can pickup from our Sydney distribution centre. Standard Delivery Service
All orders are priced to include our Standard Delivery Service; this includes all small items delivered from our NSW Warehouse, large and bulky items delivered by our specialised freight team from your local warehouse. Transit insurance* included on all deliveries.
Our team are happy to arrange multiple deliveries if needed for an additional fee.

Delivery Times
For an accurate delivery time estimate please refer to the shopping cart page after your postcode has been entered. Please note: if your cart has a mixture of items with Instant, Regular or Custom Ship times, we will send them in one delivery based on the longest product lead time. Please call us on 1300 739 006 if you need split deliveries, which can be arranged for a fee.
Remote Locations
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.
PO Box
Please note that we do not deliver to a PO box address.
Transit Damage
All our deliveries include insurance. Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for damages as we cannot accept a damage claim outside of this timeframe.
Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance
Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level house only with flat drive ways. For apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site.
Authority to Leave
You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.
Unattended Deliveries
Please note, our drivers will not enter a customer's dwelling without the customer or representative being present. If a customer wants a driver to place items inside the home, then they will need to be present at the time of delivery. Our drivers will not enter a property using a key or access code left by the customer.
If a customer cannot be home, we can leave the items in a suitable safe location. Failing that, we will need to reschedule for when the customer is home.
In Stock Items
Please be advised some stocked products are at a limited quantity. If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount, our team will contact you and send out what is currently available.
Out of Stock Products
We hold a wide range of stock in our Sydney distribution centre with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised we will call you ASAP after placing your order to find an alternative or work with you on a delivery time.
Free Delivery*
Free delivery of products is based on all items being shipped in the one delivery and may not be included on quotes, trade quotes or price match requests. Please note our bulk item surcharges which will be applied on top of Free delivery if the items are purchased within a free shipping threshold.
Delivered Australia Wide*
We deliver bathroom accessories and tapware Australia wide. Please note bulky items such as vanities, baths, basins, flooring, tiles may be excluded from Australia wide shipping. Please contact our Customer Experience team for more information.
PO Box Delivery
Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Timber Flooring & Tiles Available for Metro Delivery Only
Please note, at this stage, timber flooring & tiles are only available for delivery to Metro areas due to the bulky nature of this product. At this time, metro delivery includes Sydney metro, Melbourne metro & Brisbane metro.
PICKUPS
We offer a pickup option at checkout for NSW customers. Pickup is from Bella Vista in NSW. Once a pickup order is placed you will receive an SMS and email when it is ready to collect, usually within 2 business hours for in stock items. Our warehouse address is 17-19 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW and is open 7am - 3.30pm, Mon - Fri. Please call us on 1300 739 006 if you need something urgently as we can usually sort out a faster turn around time if needed.
Once the customer receives a 'dispatch text' that the items are ready for pick up, we will hold pickup orders in our warehouse for 2 weeks before a reminder will be sent to customers. If the items are not picked up within 4 weeks from the initial dispatch text, The Blue Space will issue a credit to the customer for their order value and release the items back into stock.
Storage
We can store your products safely in our warehouse for a period of 30 days free of charge. After this complimentary 30 day period, a fee of $20 per week per pallet space will be applicable.
