Our Returns Portal makes it easy for you to return or credit your order yourself. Here's how it works:

Print and attach your returns label to your return satchel or box.

Print and attach your label, or show it at Australia Post to print.
Large return? We’ll arrange a courier.

Return Policy Simplified

General Conditions

We want you to love your products, so in the off chance you change your mind, you may return the product(s) to us within 60 days (some exclusions apply) from the date of delivery for a full refund or store credit (excluding the original shipping cost and return fee as outlined below).

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the returned product(s) must:

  • be in original, unused, and uninstalled condition, with original packaging.
  • packaging must be free of writing, postage labels, and damage; and
  • must not be any product(s) in the excluded products category.
  • a return will not be booked until photos are provided to The Blue Space so we can see the condition of the goods before the courier collects them. This does not apply to small items.  

While the products are in your possession, they are your responsibility, if the goods are damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund or store credit.

Exchanges

The Blue Space does not offer direct exchanges for products.

If you would like to exchange an item, simply send back the product(s) for a refund or store credit if eligible and place a new order.

Postage

We want to make returns easy for you, so we help guide you every step of the way.

Shipping fees are based on the size, quantity and location of the product(s) you are returning.

  • $12: Small Items under 1m – Example: Most Tapware, Showers and Accessories.
  • $50: Medium Items – Toilets*, Basins*, Heated Towel Ladders, Towel Rails, Showers over 1 metre and Mirrors. Return fee applies for metro areas and up to two medium sized items only. A member of our returns team may reach out to advise you of the return fee if you are situated outside of our metro zone or returning more than two medium sized items. *Due to the size and nature of these products, they may be required to be returned wrapped or strapped on a delivery skid or pallet.
  • $150: Large Items - Sinks, Vanities, Shaving Cabinets and Baths. Due to the size and nature of these products, they must be returned wrapped or strapped on a delivery skid or pallet. Return fee applies for metro areas and up to two medium sized items only. A member of our returns team may reach out to advise you of the return fee if you are situated outside of our metro zone or returning more than two medium sized items.
  • New Zealand orders - A flat rate return fee of $24.99 applies to small products such as taps, showers and accessories. For larger items, the delivery amount will apply.
  • Prices for returns from regional/rural areas will vary. In this case, a friendly member of our Returns Team will contact you and provide you with a return fee.

Do not apply postage labels directly to product packaging; use a separate bag or box. We will not accept any returns with return postage labels stuck to the original product packaging.

Please be advised all return items are inspected upon return to ensure the item and packaging is in original condition. If the item or packaging fails this inspection process, the cost of the return freight must be paid by the customer and the item will be returned to them.

Excluded Products

Tile Returns;

  • 14 day return for refund or store credit, 25% restock fee and return fees apply

Fienza stone baths, Eight Quarters, Kaskade, LaFeme;

  • 30 days returns for refund or store credit, 25% restock fee and return fee

The Blue Space does not accept returns for change of mind on:

  • Clearance or discontinued product(s)
  • Custom and special order product(s) (e.g., made to order vanities, mirror cabinets, mirrors, spa baths)
  • Samples
  • Commercial quantities or project orders
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging

 

Processing Your Return

The Blue Space will conduct a quality check on the returned product(s). If the items are in their original condition and otherwise returned in accordance with this policy, our Returns Team will process a refund or store credit as agreed upon for the value of the product(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the. Returns will take up to 5 business days to be processed once they arrive to our warehouse. You will receive an email to confirm when your return has been completed.

Where products are purchased using an offer, gift card or store credit, the customer will be issued a refund, or a store credit for the discounted value of that product. Where a discount has been applied to a whole order, discounts apply proportionally to the individual product(s) within that order. Where a product or its packaging is found to be damaged or is otherwise not in its original condition, a member of our returns team will reach out to you to arrange a return of your product(s).
