Our Returns Portal makes it easy for you to return or credit your order yourself. Here's how it works:
We want you to love your products, so in the off chance you change your mind, you may return the product(s) to us within 60 days (some exclusions apply) from the date of delivery for a full refund or store credit (excluding the original shipping cost and return fee as outlined below).
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the returned product(s) must:

The Blue Space does not offer direct exchanges for products.
If you would like to exchange an item, simply send back the product(s) for a refund or store credit if eligible and place a new order.

Shipping fees are based on the size, quantity and location of the product(s) you are returning.
Do not apply postage labels directly to product packaging; use a separate bag or box. We will not accept any returns with return postage labels stuck to the original product packaging.
Please be advised all return items are inspected upon return to ensure the item and packaging is in original condition. If the item or packaging fails this inspection process, the cost of the return freight must be paid by the customer and the item will be returned to them.

The Blue Space will conduct a quality check on the returned product(s). If the items are in their original condition and otherwise returned in accordance with this policy, our Returns Team will process a refund or store credit as agreed upon for the value of the product(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the. Returns will take up to 5 business days to be processed once they arrive to our warehouse. You will receive an email to confirm when your return has been completed.
Where products are purchased using an offer, gift card or store credit, the customer will be issued a refund, or a store credit for the discounted value of that product. Where a discount has been applied to a whole order, discounts apply proportionally to the individual product(s) within that order. Where a product or its packaging is found to be damaged or is otherwise not in its original condition, a member of our returns team will reach out to you to arrange a return of your product(s).
