About the range

Caroma describes Riviere as a modern take on traditional design. Its classic, gently curved shapes feel at home in a period cottage, a coastal home or a modern farmhouse. Brushed bronze suits that character beautifully. It's deeper and more muted than brass, with a warm brown tone that stands out against gloss white ceramics.

The 1500mm freestanding bath brings a sense of occasion without needing a large room. A towel ring beside the basin and an 800mm double rail add a traditional touch. Pair the package with soft blue or patterned tiles, a painted timber vanity and warm white walls.

We've done the matching for you, so every plug, grate and hook is brushed bronze. Each item below tells you where it goes and what to check with your installer.

What's in the package?

Basin area

• Caroma Riviere Above Counter Basin – White. It sits on top of your vanity. You'll need a vanity or benchtop to mount it on.
• Caroma Riviere Tower Basin Mixer – Brushed Bronze. Goes on the vanity top, beside the basin. A tower mixer is tall enough to pour into a raised basin, where a standard basin mixer would sit too low.
• Caroma Pop-Up Plug and Waste – Brushed Bronze. Press to open, press to close. There's no chain or loose plug.
• Prefer a wall-mounted basin tap? Opt for the Caroma Riviere Wall Basin/Bath Mixer 175mm – Brushed Bronze instead of the tall tower basin mixer. The package already includes one for the bath, so change its quantity to 2 and the tower mixer's quantity to 0 before adding to cart. Ask your plumber to set the wall mixer height so the 175mm spout pours comfortably into the basin.

Bath area

• Caroma Riviere 1500mm Freestanding Bath with Overflow – Gloss White. The overflow drains excess water if the bath is overfilled, which protects your floor.
• Caroma Riviere Wall Basin/Bath Mixer 175mm – Brushed Bronze. Goes on the wall at the tap end of the bath. One wall unit controls both flow and temperature. The bath needs to sit close enough to the wall for the 175mm spout to pour inside the rim.
• Caroma Bath Pop-up Plug & Waste – Brushed Bronze. Goes in the bath outlet. It finishes the bath in the same bronze as the tapware.

Shower area

• Caroma Riviere Bath/Shower Mixer – Brushed Bronze. Goes on the shower wall. It controls the shower only, because the bath has its own mixer.
• Caroma Riviere Rail Shower with Overhead – Brushed Bronze. Goes on the shower wall. The adjustable rail lets each person set a comfortable height.
• Caroma Square Floor Waste Grate – 100mm Outlet – Brushed Bronze. Goes in the shower floor. Your tiler sets it at the low point of the floor before the tiles go down.

Toilet area

• Caroma Riviere Cleanflush Wall Faced Close Coupled Back Entry Toilet Suite – White. "Back entry" means the waste pipe connects through the wall behind the toilet, not the floor. Many older homes are plumbed this way, but confirm with your plumber before ordering.
• Caroma Riviere Toilet Roll Holder – Brushed Bronze. Mount it within easy reach of the seat.

Towels and accessories

• Caroma Riviere Double Towel Rail 800mm – Brushed Bronze. 800mm gives two bath towels room to dry flat.
• Caroma Liano II Heated Towel Rail Vertical – Brushed Bronze. This rail comes from the Liano II range, matched in the same brushed bronze.
