What is Caroma Cleanflush?

Cleanflush is Caroma's rimless bowl design. With no rim under the edge of the bowl, there is no hidden ledge for grime to collect, and the whole bowl is visible when you clean it. Luna Cleanflush suites are rated 4 stars under WELS, using 4.5 litres for a full flush and 3 litres for a half flush. The plain Luna wall faced suite in this collection has a glazed box rim rather than Cleanflush, and suits matching an existing Luna installation.

Which Luna Cleanflush suite should I choose?

The versions share the same flush but differ in shape, seat and format.

• Standard back to wall suite: 395mm pan height and 670mm projection, with a soft close Xena seat.
• Slim suite: an upgraded slimmer seat with GermGard antimicrobial protection and optional coloured hinge caps.
• Square suite: a squarer bowl, cistern and seat for rooms with angular details.
• Close coupled suite: a compact cistern-on-pan design, 395mm or 410mm pan height, suited to replacing an older close coupled toilet.
• Invisi Series II wall faced suite: a 610mm projection with the cistern hidden in the wall.

Will a Luna Cleanflush toilet fit my existing plumbing?

Most likely, yes. Luna Cleanflush pans have a universal trap that suits either an S-trap floor outlet or a P-trap wall outlet. The standard suite suits an S-trap set out of 60mm to 205mm, the Invisi Series II pan suits 60mm to 160mm, and the P-trap set out is 185mm. The supplied Uni-Orbital connector allows up to 50mm of adjustment. The water inlet can be at the back or the bottom. Measure from the finished wall to the centre of the floor waste before ordering.

Can I install a Luna toilet with an in-wall cistern?

Yes, the Luna and Luna Slim Cleanflush wall faced pans can be paired with a Caroma Invisi Series II or a Geberit Sigma concealed cistern. The cistern is fitted inside the wall frame, so it needs to be chosen before the wall is lined. The Invisi Series II system needs a wall cavity at least 90mm deep.

Can I change the flush buttons?

Yes, Luna suites come with round chrome dual flush buttons, and replacement Luna round cistern buttons are available in Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel and Satin Black. They are made to fit Luna cisterns only, so they will not suit other Caroma cisterns.

How do I clean a rimless toilet?

Use a mild, non-abrasive toilet cleaner and a soft brush, and avoid scourers, steel wool and wire brushes. Lift off the quick release seat to clean around the hinges, using mild soap and water. Avoid in-cistern cleaning tablets, as they can damage rubber parts inside the cistern.
