Kusabi takes its cues from Japandi design: clean lines, squared forms and nothing added for effect. The basin mixer sits low over the bowl with the aerator recessed up inside the spout, so the underside stays one uninterrupted line, and a single lever handles temperature and flow. Brushed Carbon reads as a dark, muted grey. Because the collection is SwitchMix compatible, the mixer can be changed later for a different Phoenix design or finish without redoing the plumbing. The range was recognised with a 2025 iF Design Award.
- The aerator sits recessed up inside the spout, so there is no protruding nozzle to catch limescale or interrupt the line.
- 28mm ceramic disc cartridge carries a 15 year warranty, so the part that does the work is the part covered longest.
- Made from lead free brass, so nothing leaches into the water you drink or clean your teeth with.
- 6 star WELS rating at 4.5 litres a minute keeps water use low without you having to think about it.
