Invisi Series II plates come in round, oval and rectangle shapes, all dual flush with a full and half flush button. The round metal plate measures 210 x 110mm and is 5.5mm thick, with a PVD finish. Metal plates come in brushed brass, brushed bronze, brushed nickel, gunmetal, matte black, chrome and white, and plastic plates are offered in neutral and coloured tones. Can the flush plate be mounted away from the toilet?

Yes. Invisi Series II buttons are pneumatic and can be mounted on the wall above the toilet, on a benchtop or counter, or remotely up to 4 metres from the cistern using a pneumatic hose sold separately. Plates with buttons double as the cistern's service access. If you choose custom or remote buttons that don't give access, you'll need a separate access panel.

How thick can the wall lining be?

The standard Invisi Series II plate suits a wall lining of 6mm to 45mm, including tiles, adhesive and waterproofing. The cistern fits a standard 90mm timber or metal stud wall and includes a tiling box that can be trimmed after the wall is finished. Give the tiler the plate size before tiling so the opening is set out to suit, and leave the final trim until the plate is on site. The plate doesn't change water use: the cistern is a 4.5 and 3 litre dual flush rated 4 star WELS.

How do I clean a concealed flush plate?

Wipe the plate with a damp cloth and mild, pH-neutral cleaner, then dry it. Keep bowl cleaner off the plate and wipe away any splashes straight away, as plated and PVD finishes mark more easily than ceramic. If a button sticks, clean around it gently; if it still sticks, a plumber can check the mechanism through the plate opening.
