Otti Hampshire Laundry Packages

A standard Otti laundry set typically includes a base cabinet, an end panel with installation kit (designed to sit neatly against the side of the washing machine), and a stone benchtop in the chosen width and finish. The Otti Axon laundry sink and basket waste are sold separately so you can choose the sink colour and waste finish that best suits your tapware. Handle colours are included with each set, brushed gold as standard, with matte black and brushed nickel available as optional upgrades for an additional cost. All Otti laundry cabinets are delivered pre-assembled with soft-close door hardware already fitted.

Yes. Otti's laundry cabinet range is designed to accommodate both front-loading and top-loading washing machines, with the cabinet configuration determining which is more practical for your space. The standard base cabinet and end panel configuration suits a front loader positioned beside the cabinet. Otti's tall washing machine cabinet, available in Set C configurations across most ranges, is designed to house a front-loading washing machine within a full-height cabinet enclosure, giving the laundry a built-in, furniture-like appearance. For top-loading machines, an open-top configuration is used, with the cabinet sitting beside the machine rather than enclosing it. Confirm which washing machine type and dimensions you have before selecting your Otti set configuration at The Blue Space.

Otti offers several distinct laundry cabinet collections at The Blue Space, each with a consistent design language that extends across base cabinets, wall cabinets, and tall washing machine enclosures. Current ranges include the Hampshire (clean, shaker-inspired profile in white and black), the Bondi (including a fluted front option in white), the Byron (warm natural oak and black oak timber-look finishes), the Noosa (fluted white), and the Marlo (fluted black). Each range is available in multiple set configurations, typically a compact 650mm mini set, a 1300–1305mm standard set, and a larger 1715mm set, allowing the layout to be matched to the available laundry floor space.

Laundry sinks typically range from 30L to 70L in capacity, with widths from 450mm to 600mm fitting most standard laundry cabinet configurations. A single, deep bowl (around 360–400mm deep) is the standard choice for soaking large items like doonas or sports gear, while households with heavier laundry demands may prefer a sink with an additional small bowl or integrated draining board. Always measure your laundry cabinet's cut-out dimensions before selecting a sink, as inset and undermount laundry sinks have specific cabinet compatibility requirements.

An inset (drop-in) laundry sink sits into a cut-out in the cabinet top with its rim visible on the benchtop surface, the most common and straightforward installation in Australian laundries, compatible with most cabinet materials. An undermount laundry sink is fixed below the benchtop for a seamless, flush look, but requires a benchtop material such as stone or solid surface that can support an undermount cut-out. For most laundry renovations using a standard laundry cabinet with a laminate or stone top, an inset sink is the more practical and widely available option.

Laundry sinks are typically paired with a single wall-mounted or deck-mounted mixer tap with a swivel spout, allowing the spout to reach across a wide, deep bowl. A pull-out or pull-down spray mixer is a popular upgrade, giving extra reach for rinsing large items or filling buckets positioned beside the sink. Because laundry taps see heavy daily use, look for tapware with a quality ceramic disc cartridge and a WaterMark-certified, WELS-rated finish, the same standards that apply to kitchen and bathroom tapware in Australia.
