How to install towel rail on tiles?

All hardwired towel rails must be installed by a licensed electrician. To install plug-in versions, simply follow the installation instructions using the fixing kit included in the package. You will need a drill and a suitable drill bit to drill through your tiles, we recommend a diamond bit for pilot holes.

How high should towel rail be from floor?

At a minimum, you need 120mm for a towel to hang without touching the floor.

Where to put towel rail in bathroom?

Towel rails should be installed clear of any opening doors or obstacles and near enough to be able to reach from the bath or shower. If the towel rail needs to be placed further away from the bath or shower, you may want to consider also installing a wall hook above the bath or next to the shower for hanging the towel while you bathe. Heated towel rails have specific regulations for placement and installation to ensure safety with water and electronics.
