Where can I find my order number?

I’m missing a product from my order, what should I do?

If an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so we can investigate the issue as quickly as possible.

When contacting us, please provide your order number along with details of the missing item. Photos of the delivery, packaging or labels may also assist our team in resolving the issue faster.

Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on stock availability, warehouse locations or freight carrier requirements. Tracking information for each shipment will be provided where applicable.

What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?

While we hold stock across a large range of products and receive regular supplier stock replenishments, occasional supplier stock shortages can occur, particularly on products that are stocked directly by our suppliers.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, our team will contact you as soon as possible, typically on the same or next business day, to advise you of the updated lead time and available options.

Where possible, we can also assist with recommending an alternative product similar in style, specification or finish if you require your order urgently.

Can I visit a showroom or store?

The Blue Space operates as a fully online retailer, which means we do not have a physical showroom or retail store available for in-person visits.

Our website has been designed to provide a convenient and inspiring online shopping experience, allowing customers to browse, compare and purchase bathroom, kitchen and laundry products from anywhere in Australia.

Can you update the billing address to your order?

Once an order has been placed, the billing address cannot be changed. This policy is in place for security purposes and to maintain the accuracy and integrity of transaction records and tax invoices.

Your tax invoice is automatically generated once your order has been confirmed and is sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can access your invoice at any time by opening your order confirmation email and selecting the “Click here to download your PDF invoice” link.

Your Tax Invoice is included in your order confirmation email sent after your purchase has been successfully placed.

Within the email, select the “Click here to download your PDF Tax Invoice” link to access and download a PDF copy of your invoice for your records.

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
