Standard Delivery Service
All orders are priced to include our Standard Delivery Service; this includes all small items delivered from our NSW Warehouse, large and bulky items delivered by our specialised freight team from your local warehouse. Transit insurance* included on all deliveries.
Our team are happy to arrange multiple deliveries if needed for an additional fee.
*Please check all items within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery Times
For an accurate delivery time estimate please refer to the shopping cart page after your postcode has been entered. Please note: if your cart has a mixture of items with varied lead times, we will send them in one delivery based on the longest product lead time.

Delivery estimates are calculated using a combination of timeframes from our carriers, being our own trucks, TGE and Australia Post. For the most accurate delivery time, you will receive a tracking link when your goods are ready to leave our warehouse.

Remote Locations 
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot or hub. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.

PO Boxes 
We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes as we use the TGE Parcel service and network.

Transit Damage 
All our deliveries include insurance. Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for damages as we cannot accept a damage claim outside of this timeframe.

Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance
Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy items to the garage or carport of homes with flat drive ways only. For apartments, multi-level properties, properties with steps or sites with difficult access, the customer will need to arrange assistance to help move the products once they are delivered. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site.

Authority to Leave
You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.

Unattended Deliveries
Please note, our drivers will not enter a customer's dwelling without the customer or representative being present. If a customer wants a driver to place items inside the home, then they will need to be present at the time of delivery. Our drivers will not enter a property using a key or access code left by the customer.

If a customer cannot be home, we can leave the items in a suitable safe location. Failing that, we will need to reschedule for when the customer is home.

Ordering more items than we hold In Stock
Some stocked products have a limited quantity that will be displayed on the product page. If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount displayed you will see a new delivery lead time in the checkout and we will order the extra items in for you and ship the products in one shipment.

Dispatching In Stock items within 24 hours
While most orders with in stock items only are dispatched within 24 hours, we do use specialised delivery services for bulky goods like toilets, baths and vanities who do not always deliver daily. We may hold your delivery until the next available delivery day to ensure you receive your order with our premium delivery service. Please note, we aim to dispatch these orders as soon as possible, so cancellations may not be possible once the order is placed and will need to go through our returns process instead.

Out of Stock Products with Our Suppliers
We hold a wide range of stock in our National distribution network with daily replenishment deliveries from our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised we will contact you after placing your order to find an alternative and work with you on a delivery time.

Free Delivery*
Free delivery of products is based on all items being shipped in the one delivery and may not be included on quotes, trade quotes or price match requests. Please note our bulk item surcharges which will be applied on top of Free delivery if the items are purchased within a free shipping threshold.

Delivered Australia Wide*
We deliver bathroom accessories and tapware Australia wide. Please note bulky items such as vanities, baths, basins, flooring, tiles may be excluded from Australia wide shipping. Please contact our Customer Experience team for more information.

Tiles Available for Metro Delivery Only

Please note, at this stage, tiles are only available for delivery to Metro areas due to the bulky nature of this product. At this time, metro delivery includes Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide metro.
