Turner Hastings sinks are covered by a 12 month transit damage guarantee.
Turner Hastings ensures that all of its products are made using the highest quality materials and workmanship. Should you find a fault with either the materials or the workmanship within their warranty period, Turner Hastings will, at its discretion, repair or supply a replacement for the faulty product or component.
Please note that fireclay is a natural product and therefore subject to variations. This should be seen as a quality that adds to its natural beauty. Variations +/- 2% to the specifications are common and acceptable. Never cut out or construct your bench top or kitchen cabinetry without having the sink onsite with you for measurements. If cabinetry or bench tops have been cut without the sink being measured, and the sink does not fit, Turner Hastings will not cover any costs of replacing or modifying any cabinetry or bench tops.

For piece of mind when buying with The Blue Space, you are covered by 365 days transit insurance with Turner Hastings:
- If there is damage in transit of your Turner Hastings sink, we will replace the product free of charge within 365 days of the invoice date. To claim email a photo of the damaged product in its original box to The Blue Space. The Blue Space will then arrange a replacement sink to be sent to your address. Please note, no claims can be accepted without the original box in the photo.
- Insurance on all product deliveries. We still recommend to check your delivery within 24 hours of delivery for breakages to ensure no further delays
- Fee free change of mind policy if changing your mind within 24 hours of purchasing
