Phoenix tapware warrants that the below products which are provided for any consumers who use the products manufactured by Phoenix Tapware in any residential home will be free from defects or materials or workmanship for the periods specified below (with each of the below periods commencing on the date of purchase, or for new building, date of handover).

Should any warranty claim be made and service attended to by a Phoenix Taps authorized Service Agent whereby the installation has been assessed as an installation fault and not a product fault, or from some other cause other than a manufacturing defect, Phoenix Taps reserves the right to charge a service fee for attending and/or any work carried out.
